• While we make every effort to source and use only the best quality materials, we cannot provide a color guarantee. We recommend that you always insist on dry cleaning the garment the first time, and if the color persists, try using a color catcher to prevent color running.
• For our Bhari Rida collection, if you are concerned about color running, we advise getting chemical dry cleaning done before stitching.
• We also recommend that you wash the garment before stitching, as some clothes may shrink after washing.
• Please note that returns or defect complaints will not be accepted three days after receiving the parcel.
